The success of this office has stemmed from a combination of leadership, dedication to servicing its policyholders, and the company's exceptional performance.

Alex Tronco : The Northwestern Mutual Experience
Alex was born and raised in Italy until the age of 8. He graduated from Siena College in 1997 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a specialty in Marketing. Young, focused, and driven he was looking for a career and a company to grow with. In February of 1997, Alex joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as a Financial Representative for the Hall Agency in Latham, NY. Under the mentorship of Milton Hall he quickly progressed to a Field Director and then Managing Director. He was named as the Managing Partner of The Tronco Financial Group in March, 2009. Alex is one of the youngest appointed Managing Partners in the history of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.
He was selected on a national level by Northwestern Mutual Financial Network’s Corporate Development Program. Alex has structured a plan to help people in his community and within the organization grow personally, professionally, and financially. It is his vision to develop a culture with the right people who share a common vision and have the courage to do the right thing.
Alex credits his wife and family as being critical contributors to all of his successes throughout his career. He resides in Latham, NY with his wife, Gina and three daughters. Most of his free time is spent with his family, traveling and being active in his local community.
